What is Word House?

Word House is a fun program for learning the vowel patterns in the English language.

Book One starts with two vowel patterns in a two room house. Students complete each lesson, building their skills as the house grows to seven rooms in Book Three.

Each Lesson uses these skills:

  • Sorting
  • Organizing
  • Writing
  • Reading
  • Spelling
  • Integrating
